Free trial first
Every new member gets 14 days free with no card required, so you can see real briefings before paying anything. If AIWWN is not for you, simply let the trial end; nothing is charged.
Cancelling
Card subscriptions billed in US dollars renew monthly. Cancel any time from the billing portal on your Billing page; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for and no further charges are made. Memberships paid in Pakistani rupees (card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer) are bought 30 days at a time and never renew on their own, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not pay for the next period, the membership ends when the paid period ends.
Refunds
Because the trial is free and periods are short, we do not refund a period once it has started, with these exceptions, which we honour in full:
- You were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period.
- The service was unavailable or failed to run for most of the period because of a fault on our side.
- You paid by bank transfer and the membership was not activated within two business days of the money arriving.
Write to us within 14 days of the charge with your invoice reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; gateway fees already deducted by the payment provider may not be recoverable and will be refunded by us where the fault was ours.
Managed AI allowance and images
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of managed AI and a number of AI images. Unused allowance does not roll over and is not refunded. If you bring your own API key, your provider bills you directly and we have no part in those charges.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we resolve genuine problems faster than a chargeback does. Accounts with a chargeback on a legitimate charge may be suspended.
